As a general rule, recalls have no expiration date.  Additionally, a Mazda recall will typically transfer to a new owner if you have purchased a used or certified pre-owned Mazda. Mazda generated recalls are covered by the Mazda manufacturer and you will not have to pay for the recall repair.    

With all recalls, our certified Mazda technicians advise you to schedule service as soon as possible with Victorville Mazda.  Though the recall may not seem serious to you, at times the defective component may cause damage to other parts of your vehicle or cause it to be less safe to drive.
